Many women shrink back and settle to become just spectators in their own lives. Some women feel they are bystanders in the season they are in and think it’s too late to start again. Others believe they are second class citizens in the Kingdom of God.
Still to some, they think they are problems to be controlled. Still others, live as a wife, mother, study, work or minister from a place of discouragement, just coping and using their gifts from a place of damage but are in denial or are afraid to voice these out.
Most live with unspoken fears and secret doubts feeling alienated and pushed away.
We help celebrate women knowing who God is and who they are to God is more important than what they can do because women are answers to be embraced to the first problem. We encourage them to arise and become active participants and major role players in their own lives and in the Kingdom of God, not at the expense of men but to glorify Christ Himself.
We teach the Word so they live by convictions shaped by Scriptures and not from opinions shaped by experience. Rather than push them away, we become friends with women we differ from, engage them in hard conversations and create a safe place for them to lean in to Jesus and away from their doubts and fears so that they live, study, work and minister from a place of health and strength.
We do these because women are God’s first love and have important roles in shaping the culture of home, school and workplace to be more Christlike.
